Cafe Mambo and Cafe del Mar on the western coast are where the famous Ibiza sunset ritual happens every evening. Get there around 7pm, find a spot, and watch the sun go down over the sea with a drink in hand. The atmosphere is unlike anything else in Europe and the prices, while not cheap, are reasonable compared to what the clubs will cost later. The Clubs
